Glow Plugs

Quality Glow Plugs Made in the U.S.A.

All glow plugs have the same purpose. The difference is quality! There are single coil and dual coil plugs. Single coil plugs will burn out if constant power is applied, while dual coil plugs will regulate their temperature and not burn out. WAP, Inc.'s dual coil design regulates the plug's temperature to avoid catastrophic failures.

Diesel engine glow plugs are available for most applications, including GM, GMC, General Motors, Chevrolet, Chevy, Ford, VW, Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes, Buick, Cadillac, Hummer, HUMVEE, CUCV, Case, IH, International Harvester, John Deere, Caterpillar and many others.

Glow Plug Replacements

Glow plugs will wear out at some point in time. When a glow plug wears out, it is important that ALL plugs are replaced. Over-voltage is the most common failure of a glow plug. To ensure a longer glow plug life span, request a WAP, Inc. dual coil glow plug. All of our parts are tested twice before they leave our facility. Our defective rate last year was .00007%, that is 7 pieces per million.

Glow plug replacements are very affordable, and can be purchased from any of our distributors. To locate a glow plug model for your diesel engine, automobile or equipment requires, please visit the parts page. Top of Page icon
